Very poor customer service!! The service rep was very rude, told me he could not understand why I was upset warranty covered repairs after 4 trips and about 3 hours of phone calls to them. I asked for a manager so rep went across the shop to talk to the manager he proceeded to yell at me from sitting at his desk behind a glass window what a joke! They really made me feel like I owe them something for honoring their warranty . Needless to say I will never step foot in this place for anything not even the free oil changes.
