Brought our 2013 Santa Fe in for oil/filter change on a "snowy" day, Monday, 2/18/15. I called in because I was running late for my appointment while driving on 664S. Although I am sure Jonathan Noak could have left early, he took our car in, gave us respectful and conscientious service - he continues to do this type of job EVERY time we bring our vehicle in for service. We appreciate his professional and kind demeanor. As a brief history --- the Santa Fe was bought off your lot, brand new. It gave us "grief" for the 1st few months; the SALES person was absolutely no help and treated us as though we were just another # and he just made another sale. Johnathan Noak took our frustration "under-his-wing" and helped us weed out the bugs of the vehicle. If it weren't for his approach to the customer's needs, we would have filed this vehicle experience as a LEMON and moved on. Mr. Noak needs to be commended for his attitude, patience, kindness and above all else his professional mannerism.
