I am never disappointed after having my car serviced. Jonathan, service technician, is always friendly and efficient. He makes sure I am satisfied with my whole experience.

2.5 days later after taking my 09 Sonata in for the second time with ignition switch problems, key hanging up ( same problem 8 months ago Feb. 5, 2014) I'm told it wasn't the sam...

Everyone I spoke with was super nice and friendly. I went in for my 1st oil change and a tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment which I made over the phone with the 1-877 answering service. She took all my info, scheduled the appointment but when I got there they had to start all over collecting my info so it took awhile to get checked in. I felt like making an appointment slowed me down...folks that just walked in after me were in and out way before I was. I was there over 2 hours which didn't make me happy but again the staff was great. more

Routine Service 1/6/2015

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation a few days prior and they did an excellent job especially the car wash. They allowed me to use a coupon from my phone. YAY! The wait was longer than expected, however, they were somewhat busy. more

Long wait & Tried to squeeze $ from me 12/30/2014

I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for a inspection. My vehicle is a 2011 & they would come out & say they found something, then would come back & say they found something else. Came back to me 3 times. I felt as if they were looking for things to charge me for. I paid $90 for a bulb. more

Do not listen to customer explantion of problem. 12/17/2014

Charged 700$ for problem, that only needed a battery replacement. After complaint, old part replaced, money refunded and car runs fine. Have lost confidence in service mgr. My 7 year relationship I think has ended. more

Friendly with a sense of urgency 11/18/2014

I took my first car (a pre-owned Hyundai purchased from one of the Hall family dealerships) in for a recall. The service center was really customer focused, clean and friendly. I worked with "Jonathan". They went over and above the recall to make sure that I left with my car cleaner and better than when I pulled in! Now I know why my parents only buy from a Hall Dealership! more

Technicians not knowing how to fix your problem 11/7/2014

2.5 days later after taking my 09 Sonata in for the second time with ignition switch problems, key hanging up ( same problem 8 months ago Feb. 5, 2014) I'm told it wasn't the same problem/part was causing the problem. Of course not that part was still under warranty...it was the other part of the ignition switch..... only 2 parts but it took them 2.5 days to find out it has two parts. They have a serious problem at this dealership for qualified technicians, come on man it was a problem with the ignition switch...2 parts not rebuilding an engine give me a break, damn ripoff! more

Reasonable and timely 10/13/2014

I've never had an issue with the maintenance department and renting a car is super easy. I will note that I have the extra insurance that covers routine maintenance and the windshield cover application as well as some other odd and ends. So I suppose I might be more annoyed if I had to actually pay for something. However, I will wait to do multiple things at once, (i.e. inspection, oil change, vacuum/wash) and never spend more than 2 hours waiting. The service guys are super nice too and answer all of my questions. more
