I have really light eyelashes and eyebrows, Melissa is wonderful, she does a GREAT job. If you have lighter eyelashes you will LOVE this. Be sure to ask for Melissa! Pros: relaxing, great service Cons: prices could be a little lower, but you get extra pampering more

I have been to Halina's multiple times now and I'm more impressed each time I go. The staff at the front desk are always so polite and professional. If you're looking for a cute haircut, you have to see Erin. She is AMAZING!!! I have moved to Fort Worth recently, and I still drive back to Round Rock to get my hair done by her. I am constantly impressed by her. The only thing is that you have to book her a couple weeks in advance because she's only there Wednesday through Saturday and she books fast!! For a manicure, I suggest Emi. She's so kind! For a massage, you have to go to Victoria. I really think that Erin and Victoria are Round Rock's best kept secrets! I've had a million massages over my lifetime, and Victoria definitely tops all of them! Halina's makes your spa visit so personable and relaxing. Upon arriving I was greeted by MaryBeth who is a fantastic, cheery person...she was very knowledable about all of the products and about all of the services and the techs performing them...For my massage I had Brad...he is awesome...he worked out the kinks...for my facial I had Melissa..she is just great and knows her stuff...for my hair I had Leah who is very awesome, sweet and knows all the tips and tricks...she is way awesome...for my pedicure I had Emi...she's the bees knees...she is awesome and so smart and great at what she does....I will be going back on a regular basis Pros: nicest people in town Cons: the day doesn't last long enough more

I like this place. I've had several facials and have had waxing done. My skin was dull and dry and I had 2-3 facials with Mino and saw a great improvement in the way my skin felt and looked. Also I have weird eyebrows and she does a good job with them. Melissa also does a great job with my brows and she is really knowledgable about all of the the products Halina's uses and recommended great products for my daughters problem skin. And I didn't feel like she was just trying to push the most expensive products. And they worked. Pros: best facials more

We came in stressed over a situation with a hair stylist from another salon.The stylist said she could not finish her hair because she was running behind and my daughter had to much hair. My daughter left in tears . We already had one appointment go bad so we didnt want to miss her scheduled makeup and manicure and pedicure appointment at Halina's. We arrived at Halina's and were greeted prompty and with respect. Once my daughter started her manicure/pedicure I spoke with the Nail Manager who was performing the service. I told her about my situation she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter feel at ease about her situation. She got a stylist to finish what the other salon could not do. The Nail manager was very professional and sweet to make sure my daughter was taking care of. Long story short she walked out of Halina's geting the hair style and beautiful hands and feet. Happy ending to somewhat stressful day. Now my daughter's sweet 16 will be wonderful. You have a wonderful group of people. Halina's in Round Rock rocks!!!!!!!! Cons: none more

I lived in Corpus for the past 6 years & when I had to move to the Austin area, away from my stylist. After several miscolors & bad cuts at other salons, I decided to try out the Halina?s in Round Rock (it was close to my wedding venue but over a 1.5 hr drive otherwise). The front desk is pleasantly cordial; they don't scream & shout loudly with exaggerate joy when you come in. They are professionals maintaining a calm & therapeutic atmosphere; expect to be offered a smile, a beverage, a magazine, & a seat until your service is available. Once you enter for your appointment, this is where the real magic happens. The staff is warm, friendly, & offers the best services around. I came in with awful, dry, miscolored, unevenly cut hair & came out looking like a red carpet star. I went to the nail salon with uneven acrylic glued over, under, and on sides of my fingernails due to a horrible "surprise" nail appointment from my bridesmaids. With two days before the big day, I was freaking out! I walked into Halina's & came out w/perfectly manicured nails & no sign of the irritated finger tips that were there only an hour before. I?ve had plenty of bad experiences from other salons & Halina?s took care of me & made to know everything was going to be okay. The only poor experience that I had from Halina's was due to a stylist who no longer works there (all a client has to do is tell Mary Beth what is wrong and she WILL fix it). Mary Beth immediately corrected the situation & introduced me to Erin, a hair goddess. Mary Beth, Erin, & Shannon are all life savers along with the rest of the staff (I have too many names to share). Trust me, Halina's is the place you want to be if you value great customer service and wonderful salon talent. On my wedding day I cried three times. Once because the venue was perfect, once because I was so in love, and once because I truly felt beautiful all over when I walked out of Halina's that morning. It is cheesy but true. The facial I received at the Round Rock location was good, but the treatment by the front desk staff was so terrible I would never go back. The manager even pulled me aside to apologize after another client relayed to her how I had been treated. Overall, it is a beautiful spa, but lacks greatly in professionalism. more

I have been going to Halina's for many years and just started going to the Avery Ranch location. My feelings regarding this spa location are mixed. All services used I have been pleased with except the hair salon. Normally when you pay to have your hair done, you pay a little more than the average salon because you get great service. Unfortunately I went in for a hair appointment, my stylist was running late, she then began working on my hair while she worked on another clients at the same time, the she did not do what I requested. She took too much off of the legnth, she added choppy layers when they were not requested, then rushed me out. As a woman, it is a little upsetting to request a half inch trim, and get a three inch cut. To make matters worse, the stylist showed no professional remorse with her poor service. This is supposed to be a "European" themed salon. Anyone who has been to a "real" upper scale European Salon knows that this service would be considered unacceptable. I don't know what the lady below is talking about? Mary Beth unprofessional?? That seems odd to me.. I had an issue with my giftcard, Mary Beth Was MORE than KIND to help me.. Very professional not to mention sweet and very caring. The best Manager Halina's has ever had.. I really felt like she cared about my situation and you can tell she really cares about each person that walks in there.. If something wrong was to ever happen, I know Mary Beth would be there to help make the situation right for me, and for anyone that goes there and ends up having an issue.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The brow waxes and facials are the best in town. I was very impressed with Mino and will continue to go to her. However, I was not impressed with the front desk help. Mary Beth (receptionist) was extremely unprofessional and unkind. more

I visited Halina's at Steiner Ranch&I had the best time ever.The front desk was amazing with getting me checked in & were very attentive to me.The massags were so relaxing. The facials were just as relaxing. My skin was glowing afterwards. The manicurists were all very good and payed very close attention to detail. I have been going to Halina's to see Trina for several years now and I have never been happier with my hair. The highlights are natural, complimentary and blend in so that I can go longer between colorings. I can give Trina a few key words about how I'd like my hair cut (and believe me, it changes all the time) and she just "gets" it. She is talented, a great listener and most of all, I get tons and tons of great comments for weeks after I leave the salon. Never before have I had a stylist create look after look that grows out gracefully and looks polished and wonderful even when I go too long between appointments. About two year ago I started to look for someone new to cut my hair. A friend of mind told me about how great Trina was at Halina's European Day Spa in Steiner Ranch . Trina is a pro and artist in cutting hair. She listens to want you want and drlivers ever time. I never got a bad haircut from her in the two year and I see her teice a month. The is great. more

My family moved here about a year ago. We love the Steiner Ranch location. Not only is it very close but we've finally found a stylist whom our whole family loves. Trina is great at getting my hilites perfect (never brassy) everytime. Her cuts are always amazing. My husband loves her too.He has a very busy schedule and she can get him in and out in 20 minutes. He also jokes that she is "Easy on the eyes" as well. we love her. Cons: sometimes hard to get it more

I love, love this place!! I was recommended to this spa from a friend and I am so glad that I came. The staff at Steiner are all amazing. If you want to go somewhere and be treated like a princess this is the place. I've never felt so relaxed and taken care of in all of my SPA life. Having recently purchased a home near Steiner Ranch my husband and I were so pleased to find such a wonderful spa so close to us. He enjoys regular massage treatments by Shari, whom he rates as one of the best therapists he has ever encountered.
