Review content:
We came in stressed over a situation with a hair stylist from another salon.The stylist said she could not finish her hair because she was running behind and my daughter had to much hair. My daughter left in tears . We already had one appointment go bad so we didnt want to miss her scheduled makeup and manicure and pedicure appointment at Halina's. We arrived at Halina's and were greeted prompty and with respect. Once my daughter started her manicure/pedicure I spoke with the Nail Manager who was performing the service. I told her about my situation she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter feel at ease about her situation. She got a stylist to finish what the other salon could not do. The Nail manager was very professional and sweet to make sure my daughter was taking care of. Long story short she walked out of Halina's geting the hair style and beautiful hands and feet. Happy ending to somewhat stressful day. Now my daughter's sweet 16 will be wonderful. You have a wonderful group of people. Halina's in Round Rock rocks!!!!!!!!
