I have been going to Halina's for many years and just started going to the Avery Ranch location. My feelings regarding this spa location are mixed. All services used I have been pleased with except the hair salon. Normally when you pay to have your hair done, you pay a little more than the average salon because you get great service. Unfortunately I went in for a hair appointment, my stylist was running late, she then began working on my hair while she worked on another clients at the same time, the she did not do what I requested. She took too much off of the legnth, she added choppy layers when they were not requested, then rushed me out. As a woman, it is a little upsetting to request a half inch trim, and get a three inch cut. To make matters worse, the stylist showed no professional remorse with her poor service. This is supposed to be a "European" themed salon. Anyone who has been to a "real" upper scale European Salon knows that this service would be considered unacceptable. The service I received I would have expected from Super Cuts.
Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: American Service in a "Europen" Salon.
