I ordered 3 sets of curtains at separate times (velvet drapes, b/w faux taffeta, iridescent faux taffeta w/embroidered detail)...The customer service was fabulous each time, quality of drapes is exceptional and, honestly, for the bargain, can't be beat. The b/w striped ones, while triple lined and stunning, had a few weak spots in the material...I did not return. Would recommend to anyone. Shipping is a cut-rate deal as well since each set weighed over 20 lbs. more

I just wanted to say customer service is great! I called them to return some drapes. I was told to ship them back and I would get refunded. It wasn't even two weeks and I recieved my refund. Customer Service was was wonderful and courteous and worked promptly to get my credit back. I would definitely order again. more

My experience with Half Price Drapes was a pleasant one. My drapes are extremely well made and absolutely beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is more communication during the fabrication process.It would have been reassuring to receive an email or phone call during the process to let me know everything was on track and confirming my order. As a receipt was not emailed to me until just before my order arrived. more

Great Experience and great product. Ordered a couple sample fabrics and was sent a few more in my color range which helped me select one I did not think I wanted. Ordering the product was easy, ordered a special order blind, just put in my dimentions and it arrived perfect for the window....was just a little pricy for one blind. more

We found the service was outstanding. The all silk drapes and black ornate hardware we ordered arrived on time and in beautiful shape. The quality of our drapes are outstanding and guests comment on them frequently. You probably can't do better at twice or three times the price. more

I've ordered a number of samples from Half Price Drapes but haven't yet placed an order for draperies (I plan to do so but am having difficulty in deciding on color and fabric). They have been extremely responsive in sending the samples and are always very thorough and positive when answering my questions. Additionally, I think that their website is fantastic (it offers an excellent overview of their products) and their prices are reasonable. more

Love my custom drapes 7/25/2010

Love my custom drapes. Did have a problem with two panels they corrected the problem in at a fair amount of time. Sales team very helpful. Walked me through the process of ordering and size was perfect to the drop on the floor. One issue could improve on is the pins that hold the rings could be a bit stronger, but other than that I would purchase again from HPD. more
