Don't buy a car here! This place went down hill. Reviews on this site are over a year old so I don't think my opinion is isolated. Customer service the worst! Service department still rocks though. more

I wanted to publicly acknowledge the exceptional service I received at your facility last Thursday. My car and a sign at Six Flags did not interact well during my vacation there with my sons. On the drive back to our hotel in Princeton, I noted a problem with the car and in trying to limp it back to Princeton, I drove by your dealership. Charlotte was so very helpful and she managed to get Clifton to take a look at the car before you closed, she arranged to get us back to our hotel. Your team was able to fix the problem by 1 pm the next day and our vacation was saved! I have never encountered such exceptional service in all my years of driving. If I did not live in VA, I'd buy my next Nissan from you. I cannot thank you enough for saving our vacation! more

Just few words. Best treatment, Best Price, Best service. I can't imagine anyone would buy cars from anyone else. I am driving my new 2010 Nissan Altima and have a big smile on my face. Everyone from salesperson to Managers treated me if I was the only customer there. THANK YOU ALL!!!! more

Excellent in every way 5/23/2011

This is my second Nissan from this dealership. I recently turned in my Altima for my Pathfinder in March. This dealership is excellent in every way. Staff is very courteous and professional. David worked very long and hard to get the deal I could afford on my Pathfinder. more

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my recent experience with your service department. IT WAS EXCELLENT. Charlotte and your Service Manager Joe were both a tremendous help with an issue that I have been having with my 2011 Rogue. They went out of their way to help me with this issue and contacting Nissan Technical Support on hopefully correcting this problem. The vehicle has been in before with the same issue and I hope it's been corrected. The team of Joe and Charlotte were wonderful. I am sure you get many letters on dissatisfaction but most likely not for satisfaction. This is my 4th Nissan that I have purchased from Haldeman and hope to continue with many Nissans to come. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable staff. more

I am writing to thank Charlotte and the Service Department staff at Haldeman Nissan for providing such great service over the last 5 years. I recently traded in my 2005 Altima for a 2011 Ford Fusion at Haldeman's Ford dealership down the street from you. While it was time to make this change, the fact that my car lasted for 5 and a half years and almost 110,000 miles is a testament to how well you folks took care of it. For various reasons, buying another Altima didn't work at this time. However, I had a great experience working with your sister dealership. And I plan to continue to reward the Haldeman chain of dealerships with my business. Thank you again for taking such good care of my Altima. more

In my opinion, the level of service that Charlotte extended to me was far beyond my expectations. My 2005 Maxima needed a transmission and I was truly worried that I would have problems with getting the transmission because I had a 3rd party warranty and not a Nissan extended warranty. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, Charlotte is an example of extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service. She made this whole experience for me very easy and pleasant. Friendly but nonaggressive auto sales 3/11/2011

Buying a car is certainly stressful, but I found it to be less trying when I bought my most recent Nissan here. The employees are friendly without being overly pushy, and they do their best to get you a good deal. They have a wide selection of vehicles, and I would also recommend their maintenance team. more

I scheduled an appointment with her the next day. I was able to finalize the deal and the paperwork within 45 minutes, and drove away in my new 2011 Nissan Altima. We have purchased four cars from Haldeman Nissan over the last 10 years - two Maximas and two Muranos. Prior to our purchases, we compared this dealership with other Nissan dealers in our area. With this last purchase we received free oil changes for the life of the car. We think that the fact that we keep going back says it all. more
