I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my recent experience with your service department. IT WAS EXCELLENT. Charlotte and your Service Manager Joe were both a tremendous help with an issue that I have been having with my 2011 Rogue. They went out of their way to help me with this issue and contacting Nissan Technical Support on hopefully correcting this problem. The vehicle has been in before with the same issue and I hope it's been corrected. The team of Joe and Charlotte were wonderful. I am sure you get many letters on dissatisfaction but most likely not for satisfaction. This is my 4th Nissan that I have purchased from Haldeman and hope to continue with many Nissans to come. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable staff.
