I wanted to publicly acknowledge the exceptional service I received at your facility last Thursday. My car and a sign at Six Flags did not interact well during my vacation there with my sons. On the drive back to our hotel in Princeton, I noted a problem with the car and in trying to limp it back to Princeton, I drove by your dealership. Charlotte was so very helpful and she managed to get Clifton to take a look at the car before you closed, she arranged to get us back to our hotel. Your team was able to fix the problem by 1 pm the next day and our vacation was saved! I have never encountered such exceptional service in all my years of driving. If I did not live in VA, I'd buy my next Nissan from you. I cannot thank you enough for saving our vacation!
