Great customer service 2/28/2011

I purchased my first Nissan from Hubert at Haldeman Nissan. The service and knowledge was outstanding. The financial transactions were quick and simple. They truly went above and beyond to have everything ready, which makes it much easier on the buyer. Hubert was very informative and helpful. I will continue to refer people to Haldeman Nissan so they can experience great customer service and make their car buying a breeze. Thanks again. more

They provided great service to my car 2/23/2011

I am writing to thank Charlotte and the Service Department staff at Haldeman Nissan for providing such great service over the last 5 years. I recently traded in my 2005 Altima for a 2011 Ford Fusion at Haldeman's Ford dealership down the street from you. While it was time to make this change, the fact that my car lasted for 5 and a half years and almost 110,000 miles is a testament to how well you folks took care of it. For various reasons, buying another Altima didn't work at this time. However, I had a great experience working with your sister dealership. And I plan to continue to reward the Haldeman chain of dealerships with my business. Thank you again for taking such good care of my Altima. more

Great service - no pressure, very straightforward. Hubert was very helpful, approachable, and if he didn't have an answer, he provided information as soon as possible. The easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, and it was smooth sailing from then until I drove out of the lot with my new car. more

I had a great experience with Haldeman Nissan. I was a first-time car buyer and Mike was very helpful and answered all of the many questions that I had. He made sure that I knew all of my options and helped me make a decision on the car that was best for me. He even checked in with me a few days later to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience and that the car was everything I was expecting. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend Haldeman Nissan to anyone interested in buying a car. more

I just leased a new 2010 Altima and my experience with the personnel at Haldeman was outstanding! Mike Brennan and his team were very responsive to what I was looking for and the price and I was able to afford. Even after my purchase, they were very helpful in setting up appointments for additional accessories in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone currently looking to obtain a car. more

Quick and Painless Sales Experience 2/1/2011

I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Haldeman Nissan on 11/4/11. I was greeted when I walked into the dealership. I worked with Ed and he was very pleasant and non aggressive when it came to sell me a car. I did my research online, so I already knew what I wanted, and had an Internet Quote from haldeman. Haldeman had a great slection, so picking out my Altima was not hard. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours start to finish. I would have been quicker, if I wasn't pondering what color options I wanted :). Luckily I knew what options I needed. Overall, it was very nice and pleasant. I wish I had come to Haldeman Nissan sooner than what I did. Thank you Ed for all your help! And I love my new Altima! more

I have only owned Fords and Nissan,all purchased from Haldeman Ford and Haldeman Nissan.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Charlotte explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. She tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel she goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.Charlotte is the sweetest person. She takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. It is an actual pleasure to bring my car in for service and that says a lot about her. I hope she never leaves. more

above and beyond 1/26/2011

Just wanted you to know that George Zink went above and beyond selling me my Versa. My old car broke down on my way to see my brother. I had rented a car to continue my trip. We went to look at cars and George took his time to show us the new and used cars. He then went in the back and got the car that I now own. George Zink could have just let us look around after all I had a rental. What George doesn't know is that it took three cars to drive me home. I had to take the rental back to Somerset, my brother drove my Versa and my sister-in-law had to take my brother back home. I couldn't wait to get to Somerset so I could drive my new car back to Pittsburgh. more

Extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the cars 1/24/2011

David Borden is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I purchased. If I ever have a question I call him and he always helps me out! All the people there are very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and DAVID BORDEN! When I purchase my car I also received free oil changes, which is a huge cost savings. The service department is very good and fast and never leaves your car dirty. Also easy to make an appointment and they take your car at your appointment time. more

Hubert Markowski was extrememly helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable working with him. He made purchasing my new Nissan Altima painless and stress free. Hubert is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. Its important to feel that the salesman is working for you and Hubert didnt treat me as just another customer, he treated me like a close personal friend. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car and have done so already to many friends. Thanks Hubert again for taking the STRESS out of buying a new car. more

David was great to work with. I have been to dealerships that pressure you and constantly try to upsell. I went to Haldemann and new exactly what I wanted. David listened and delivered. He is a true professional. Not only did he make the car buying experience as easy as possible, I went to the dealership afterwards for some information, and he could not have been more helpful. more

Everything they promised was delivered 1/12/2011

Wanted to lease a new Nissan Murano, knew what I wanted as far as options and knew what I wanted to pay. Emailed dealership, Aida Wolchok set everything up over phone and email, went in and signed papers with David Borden. Spent a total of 40 minutes at dealership from time I walked in. Everything they promised was delivered, they were professional, they were trustworthy and they were friendly. Plus they gave me free oil changes for the life of my lease. What more could I ask for? more

The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy having my car serviced there because it is a pleasant experience. Charlotte and Ken are wonderful. I have been dealing with Hubert for several years and just leased my second car from him. He always follows through with a phone call to make sure everything is ok and he is very easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to a friend. more

The fact we keep going back says it all 1/5/2011

We have purchased four cars from Haldeman Nissan over the last 10 years - two Maximas and two Muranos. Prior to our purchases, we compared this dealership with other Nissan dealers in our area. With this last purchase we received free oil changes for the life of the car. We think that the fact that we keep going back says it all. more

Paul was extrememly helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt extremely comfortable working with him. He made the the whole concept of purchasing an automobile painless and not at all stressful....he is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. For the buyer it is important to feel that the salesman is working for them and Paul had that ability. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family that was looking to purchase a car. more

Jenn Nelson went far and beyond 12/31/2010

I was shopping for a vehicle online, and sent in a request to Haldeman Nissan. I received a quote less than 15 minutes. Jenn Nelson went far and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I scheduled an appointment with her the next day. I was able to finalize the deal and the paperwork within 45 minutes, and drove away in my new 2011 Nissan Altima. It was such an easy and hassle free car buying experience I have told all my friends and family about Haldeman Nissan. Please if you need a new Nissan, call Jenn Nelson and she will help you. more
