We keep going back 5/25/2011

We have purchased four cars from Haldeman Nissan over the last 10 years - two Maximas and two Muranos. Prior to our purchases, we compared this dealership with other Nissan dealers in our area. With this last purchase we received free oil changes for the life of the car. We think that the fact that we keep going back says it all. more

EXCELLENT 5/23/2011

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my recent experience with your service department. IT WAS EXCELLENT. Charlotte and your Service Manager Joe were both a tremendous help with an issue that I have been having with my 2011 Rogue. They went out of their way to help me with this issue and contacting Nissan Technical Support on hopefully correcting this problem. The vehicle has been in before with the same issue and I hope it's been corrected. The team of Joe and Charlotte were wonderful. I am sure you get many letters on dissatisfaction but most likely not for satisfaction. This is my 4th Nissan that I have purchased from Haldeman and hope to continue with many Nissans to come. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable staff. more

Staff is very courteous 5/19/2011

This is my second Nissan from this dealership. I recently turned in my Altima for my Pathfinder in March. This dealership is excellent in every way. Staff is very courteous and professional. David worked very long and hard to get the deal I could afford on my Pathfinder. more

I had a great experience 5/17/2011

I had a great experience with Haldeman Nissan. I was a first-time car buyer and Mike was very helpful and answered all of the many questions that I had. He made sure that I knew all of my options and helped me make a decision on the car that was best for me. He even checked in with me a few days later to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience and that the car was everything I was expecting. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend Haldeman Nissan to anyone interested in buying a car. more

Great service - no pressure, very straightforward. Hubert was very helpful, approachable, and if he didn't have an answer, he provided information as soon as possible. The easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, and it was smooth sailing from then until I drove out of the lot with my new car. more

Simple and easy to do business 5/12/2011

My wife and I bought a car on Saturday 10/23/10, and we found the salesman Dave Brown to be very professional, and made it easy to do business. He was capable, and answered all our ques tons with ease, and very forth wright. In addition every one was very helpful, and most pleasant to deal with. We did a trade in using my son's car, and what what we thought was complex they made simple and easy to understand, and all went very smoothly. Thanks to all for the help support, and making it simple and easy to do business. more

The employees are friendly 5/9/2011

Friendly but nonaggressive auto sales Buying a car is certainly stressful, but I found it to be less trying when I bought my most recent Nissan here. The employees are friendly without being overly pushy, and they do their best to get you a good deal. They have a wide selection of vehicles, and I would also recommend their maintenance team. more

The best experience I've ever had purchasing a car 4/22/2011

Easiest car buying experience of my life I purchased an Altima Hybrid at Haldeman. I was able to negotiate the whole deal through e-mail. The salesman (Harrison Steimle) was easy to work with and didn't withhold any numbers or try any sales tricks. The only issue I had with the purchase was that it took a long time at the office as it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Still, this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car... more

Everyone treated me as if I were the only customer there 3/18/2011

Just few words. Best treatment, Best Price, Best service. I can't imagine anyone would buy cars from anyone else. I am driving my new 2010 Nissan Altima and have a big smile on my face. Everyone from salesperson to Managers treated me if I was the only customer there. THANK YOU ALL!!!! more

I have to say, IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I ever had in purchasing a car. The salesman was honest, knowledgeable and informative. He took me through the car step by step and explained about the Altima that I wanted. After the test drive, we sat down and went over the numbers, made sure I understood each and every number. The finance manager was also great. No problem was too much for him to handle. After the purchase, the salesman sat in the car and showed me how everything works in my new car. I am sooo pleased with this dealership that I will be returning to purchase a car for my son. more

Charlotte is an asset to your service department 3/8/2011

I would like to formally and publicly commend Charlotte Williamson for the excellent customer service she provided. In my opinion, the level of service that Charlotte extended to me was far beyond my expectations. My 2005 Maxima needed a transmission and I was truly worried that I would have problems with getting the transmission because I had a 3rd party warranty and not a Nissan extended warranty. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, Charlotte is an example of extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service. She made this whole experience for me very easy and pleasant. Charlotte is an asset to your service department and it is truly nice to know that there are people that do still value the relationship between the service they are providing and the customer. more

The manager George was fantastic 3/3/2011

Hubert was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory of cars as well as the industry comparisons. Could not have been happier with both Hubert and Haldeman Nissan as we already have 3 Nissans, 2 from Haldeman. They continue to help us in any way possible. Their manager George is fantastic as well. Great customer service and overall quality. more
