I would like to formally and publicly commend Charlotte Williamson for the excellent customer service she provided. In my opinion, the level of service that Charlotte extended to me was far beyond my expectations. My 2005 Maxima needed a transmission and I was truly worried that I would have problems with getting the transmission because I had a 3rd party warranty and not a Nissan extended warranty. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, Charlotte is an example of extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service. She made this whole experience for me very easy and pleasant. Charlotte is an asset to your service department and it is truly nice to know that there are people that do still value the relationship between the service they are providing and the customer.
