When I was told about getting a better price on tires from Haldman Ford hamilton NJ, then other merchants in the area,my friend was right.I shoped around and some prices was high,pluse little xtras they added,I chosed Haldmen Ford.Now I arrrived @ a time when staff was short(Hurrican Sandy@ 8:15am Mon 29,2012.The TV was not working but the receptionist played a good DVD movie.After a while my advisor Jamie Hart approched me and told me they have a little problem with the machine to align my tires,well final story it was broken,that means I will have to come back another day,but to my surprise she returned and said it will be awhile they are going to take care of all what I came in for today despite the weather.I beleive they went down the road to Haldaman Subaru and had the Alingnment done there,cause I asked and the machine was down.Man talk about customer sastisfaction,I was so comfortable there watching a movie that Jamie came and said all is done, you are ready to go and sorry to tell you,we are closing I can't finish the movie,chuckle ,well I gave them Michelin LTX M/S2 on my Dodge Dakota 2008 4x4 SXT a test out there and they held and no fish tailing,these tires are great.For the Staff my hat off for a great job more

I had a great experience when I decided to lease a 2012 Ford Escape. My salesperson, Traci Herman, was very knowledgeable, and made my card buying experience perfect. I'm always skeptical of dealer ships selling you extras that you don't need and not taking the time to explain thoroughly everything that you need to know when purchasing a car. Also there was no pressure to make a decision that I was not comfortable with so overall I would highly recommend Haldeman Ford and if you're lucky enough to get Traci Herman, you will drive away as happy and excited as I was when I got my car! more

Took my 2013 Mustang in for service on a Saturday afternoon and met with my service coordinator. I was greeted warmly and promptly and we discussed what service and the time necessary to complete the service. The waiting room was clean and complementary self service coffee was great. The East Windsor location is very convenient as my son and I walked next door to Moe?s Mexican Grill for a bite while the service folks took the car into the service garage. We retuned and within a few minutes the service was complete. I filled out an application for The Ford Service Card which took less than two minutes. It?s a great deal since you get perks for using the card and I recommend spending the time filling out an application especially if you have a new car. Overall I highly recommend Haldeman Ford in East Windsor NJ for their customer focus and convenient location. more
