Took my 2013 Mustang in for service on a Saturday afternoon and met with my service coordinator. I was greeted warmly and promptly and we discussed what service and the time necessary to complete the service. The waiting room was clean and complementary self service coffee was great. The East Windsor location is very convenient as my son and I walked next door to Moe?s Mexican Grill for a bite while the service folks took the car into the service garage. We retuned and within a few minutes the service was complete. I filled out an application for The Ford Service Card which took less than two minutes. It?s a great deal since you get perks for using the card and I recommend spending the time filling out an application especially if you have a new car. Overall I highly recommend Haldeman Ford in East Windsor NJ for their customer focus and convenient location.
