I wasn't all that impressed with my haircut by Shelly. After a few days it still doesn't lay right and is sort of blah. My hair is easy to cut and style so I'm not exactly sure ...

When i found haircolorxperts onoine they had nothing but great reviews, so i thought i would try it out. I went and they were very wonderful and amzing, kind, informative and paicent. Also one i got home i repized.i wasnt fullysafisfied with my haircut, it just wasnt what i wanted so i called and they offered to fix it free of charge and with a senior stylist. I had a great time and customer care was fabulous. more

The Best! 1/14/2010

Shelly is the best there is! Every time I see her, I give her complete control and let her do whatever she thinks is best and I always walk out looking and feeling great. The last time I was in, people that were waiting were already giving me compliments on my hair. Go see Shelly, you will not be dissapointed!! more

I've lived in NC for 5 years, and have searched for a hair stylist with no luck! finally last year a girl i work with had a great haircut, she referred me to Abbee and i have been going to her ever since. she does a great job and i would highly recommend her!!! more

I moved to Huntersville about a year and a half ago. I am very picky about my hair and highlighting. I was referred to the Haircolorxperts by a friend and love them! I go see Beth and she does an awesome job on my cut and highlights. They are also very reasonably priced. The customer service is great as well! I would reccomend them to anyone! I would highly recommend HairColor Xperts to anyone in the area. They offer great service at a terrific price point. Tonya has been my stylilst for over two years and I have never been disappointed with one cut or color. You know what you are going to pay upfront and there are no hidden fees. Each of the staff members are friendly, customer oriented, and hospitable. It's always a relaxing escape when I get my hair done! Pros: great atmosphere, friendly staff, good promotions Cons: location is not convienent to me more

Quality service at a reasonable price 12/21/2009

I moved to Charlotte in June and found this salon through City Search-- the reviews were right on. I've had my hair cut and colored by both Ambra and Tonya. Both are very professional, listen carefully, pay attention to detail, and overall do a great job. Also, pricing was a big factor for me in finding a new salon. I appreciate that I always know what I'm going to be paying beforehand. I highly recommend! Pros: great atmosphere, friendly staff, good promotions Cons: location is not convienent to me more

Finding someone who REALLY knows hair and color is hard to find. I left my stylist of 3 years once I found Shelly Smith, now I won't go to anyone but her. Love my hair!!!! Pros: Friendly & Convinient more

This was my first time at this location and I was very pleased. Sarah did a great job with my color and was very helpful and friendly.
