My stylist had to move my appointment because of a last minute family emergency( a death in her family) and not only did she personally call me, she stayed several hours late the next day to make sure my hair was done in time for a family reunion. This is a salon who really understands the importance of customer service. The focus is always on YOU and what you want, and they do a fantastic job at it. I go see Tiffani, who is fantastic. she is sweet and fun and great with color. I get my hair bleached, and at my last salon i always felt a little orange, but never with Tiffani! the clients of the other stylist ( the are probably 8 stylists) all looked great too! I live in Tysons, and i drive to Leesburg for this salon, simply because its THAT good. more

Simply the best salon- from the welcoming receptionist to the personalized attention of the stylist ( i go see Cassie!!!), nothing is overlooked. Now-days it seems like every salon is simply trying to get the highest turnover, but at Hair Savvy, they truly care about their clients. I will never go anywhere else simply because Hair Savvy Stylists understand how to treat their clients. more

Good: I loved the stylists ( particularly Cassie), the shbby chic atmosphere the friendliness of the staff, the overall mood of the salon, and of course the hair!! all the colors are beautiful and they have the best cuts- be it classic or trendy. Bad: nothing. Improvements: nothing, It's great the way it is. Other: I ould recomend this a 1000%. while i was there i asked one of the staff about a negative review written about the salon. I was told that the bride in question had been offered a new up-do trial and no cost, but had refused and instead requested a full highlight.When the salon owner ( who is of no relation to any of the stylists) refused, this bride became very unpleasant. I hope this clarifies any confusion, as most of the reviews are fantastic, as they should be. more

I got my hair done here for my best friends wedding. I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the staff was to arrive early on a Saturday to do up-dos. The salon is very cute and has a shabby chic feeling to it. Unfortunately, they are very pricey and expect to spend a lot of money. Around $100 for an updo. more
