Good: I loved the stylists ( particularly Cassie), the shbby chic atmosphere the friendliness of the staff, the overall mood of the salon, and of course the hair!! all the colors are beautiful and they have the best cuts- be it classic or trendy. Bad: nothing. Improvements: nothing, It's great the way it is. Other: I ould recomend this a 1000%. while i was there i asked one of the staff about a negative review written about the salon. I was told that the bride in question had been offered a new up-do trial and no cost, but had refused and instead requested a full highlight.When the salon owner ( who is of no relation to any of the stylists) refused, this bride became very unpleasant. I hope this clarifies any confusion, as most of the reviews are fantastic, as they should be.
