I have been going to Hair International for several years now mostly because they know how to cut and color my hair. It was very difficult before I found them as I have a tough he...

Worst

I think they have very inconsistent service. I got a part-time stylist who trimmed much too much hair off and gave me a non-style, even though I showed here exactly what I wanted...

EXCELLENT JOB 7/2/2007

I must say that I totally agree with TIM N.\r I'm really picky about my hair (because it helps me to meet girls)\r I have to say that Eric give me the best haircut ever. Fairly cheap too, and lots of my friends agreed because they tried him too.\r I strongly recommend him, beside I don't know who would cut better men haircut with that great of a price..... more

GREAT WORK 7/1/2007

What's an artist! \r I was nervous to try new hair stylist because my stylist moved. A friend of my recommended Eric at Hair International for me. I walk in with a long, crazy, 6 months uncut hair. I usually don't know how to describe what I want, he asks me when was the last time I get my hair cut and how do I do in the daily basic, do I using any product to style my hair? After all that, I really amazed the result that he gave me. He could read my mind, he knows what exactly I wanted and the haircut is extremely beautiful. and I only pay $35 compare to $65 at JUUT (men haircut). I highly recommend Eric to all the guys who's want a big change for their hairlooks. more

Get a good haircut 5/11/2006

I get my hair cut here because I get a better cut that at the cheaper SuperCuts places yet it's still very convenient. I also take my kids here when I don't feel like going all the way to Just Kids Cuts in Burlingame. more

From hair cut to perm, extension to highlight, Hair International does it all. They staff is highly profession and very friendly. Located in the Stanford Shopping Center, Hair International is a great place to get your hair cut. more

Great hair cuts at a good price 5/9/2006

I have been taking my girls to Hair International for a couple years now. They are always very satisfied with the cut and it doesn't cost much at all. They charge you based on the age of the person being seen. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. more

Never had a bad haircut. there All staff are minimally competent and most are excellent. Walk-in appointments are convenient and they also take appointments for a higher fee. The salon is cramped, but is pleasantly busy. They are on the expensive side for a walk-in, but not extremely pricey. PROS: take walk-ins, conveniently located CONS: busy and cramped more

  • Hair International celebrates it's 22nd year at Stanford Shopping Center in Jan 2012. We have been voted best overall salon and best men's salon in the Palo Alto Weekly "Best of Palo Alto Readers Choice" award contest for five years in a row-2007,2008,2009,2010 and 2011.

    We take a real interest in our community and send stylists to the Woodside Priory and the Menlo School for all their senior fashion shows. we take part in "Locks of Love" helping girls donate their hair to be made into wigs for cancer patients. We are involved in an at-risk teen program "Spark", wherein we provide a mentorship spot for 2 students every semester. Our most important contribution has been visiting sick patients at Stanford hospital and servicing their needs at a very minimal price. We have done this for 22 years, and it remains the most meaningful of all we do.
