I had gone to the same hair stylist for over 8 years, but recently he was told by the doctor that he had to take some time off due to her allergies. I was heart broken, and it took me six months to gather up my courage and go to someone else. I found (Hair By Robb) through CitySearch, read all the review and decided to try. I am very happy with the results and I have gone to him twice. First for a cut and the second time for a color. He is driven by his clients satisfaction and is very accomodating. Wow Wow Wow you have to get to Robb's Studio 4/25/2006

Robb is amazing!! I had been going to the same hairstylist for 8 years in OC. and just moved to the Studio City, And Wow he did wonders for my curly hair. Make sure to ask for the "" Secret Blowout""- I couldn't stop looking at mirrors all day. Great atmosphere, and decent prices. Highly recommended! Thanks Robb... Robb Color Rocks 4/25/2006

I've had my hair colored before and i've never been that happy with it. That is until Robb did it. It's the most amazing color I have ever had! He was very knowledgable and friendly. He gave me recomendations for my skin coloring and face shape. He made my boring so so hair into a beautiful, vibrant masterpeice! I will never go to anyone else! ""Robb Ness"" What a Find in Studio City 4/24/2006

Robb is a good listener, but he is also intuitive beyond belief. I walk in not knowing what to do and he manages to give me an easy, up to the minute look that never fails to get comments. (As in, ""Hello, young lady."" I'm 35 and I got carded the other day!) And, his cuts LASTS. Several times I've come into the salon to get a new cut and people think I'm just leaving because my hair still looks so fabulous. I have him color & highlight, too, and none of my friends know. How's that for skill? I love Ventura Blvd (good shopping) - (Good music) As for Robb's chairside manner...he's a genuinely good guy. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. I saw that Robb had opened his new studio,(HAIR BY ROBB) it is beautiful!! I decided to try him out, because he just opened I was able to walk right in. I was blown away, I have been to many salons in Los Angeles and was never really satisfied with my experience..I was amazed from the moment I stepped in the door. Robb's hair cut was the BEST CUT I EVERY HAD... And the service was second to none! (The scalp massage was orgasmic!) I highly recommend booking with Robb now because this place is going to be BOOMING soon. I can't wait to come back and try out the massage therapists. Thank you. Robb Ness Is The Best In Studio City. 4/19/2006

I've been going to Robb for almost 2 years now, ever since I received a nightmare of a hair cut/color! I was beside myself, when a friend told me about Robb's hair extensions. I can't even say how happy I was with the results that were completely natural looking and silky to the touch. The extensions were indistinguishable from my own in color, texture, and proportion. The way that Robb's cut subtlely blended them in was truly artful. Since then, I have always gone back to Hair By Robb for my color, cuts, and extensions. The peace of mind that I get from knowing that I will always leave Robb's Studio looking like a million without even paying close to that for me is well worth the drive from the Westside to Stuido City any day! YOU GOT TO GO AND SEE ROBB. YOU LOVE HIM 4/18/2006

After moving here from another big city, I was disappointed by the level of snobiness at so many salons in L.A. Prices were high and so was staff attitude. I decided to shop around and was really pleased with my first experience at HAIR BY ROBB. Robb was so fun and seems to have great energy about his work.
