Robb is a good listener, but he is also intuitive beyond belief. I walk in not knowing what to do and he manages to give me an easy, up to the minute look that never fails to get comments. (As in, ""Hello, young lady."" I'm 35 and I got carded the other day!) And, his cuts LASTS. Several times I've come into the salon to get a new cut and people think I'm just leaving because my hair still looks so fabulous. I have him color & highlight, too, and none of my friends know. How's that for skill? I love Ventura Blvd (good shopping) - (Good music) As for Robb's chairside manner...he's a genuinely good guy. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere.
