I have always used H&R Block, I just moved here to Cleburne though and am using this office on Main st. for the first time. When we walked in the older lady at the front desk was short with us like it was a hassle to service us and answer our questions. Also the lady who did our taxes made us feel stupid when we asked questions. Overall the experience was terrible, I will most likely make a complaint to the manager as well. H&R block is always efficient and great but this office in particular needs an overhaul in the customer service department. I could not belive how rude they all were.
