BEWARE... DON'T BUY THE EXTRA INSURANCE they push on you went you buy a couch. They did come out but were not able to clean the stains out of our microfiber couch that the salesm...

Wow. We furnished two houses from Hom Furniture in Coon Rapids and were completely happy. Only had one problem and it was taken care of immediately. That was in the past (2 yrs. ago) and recently. What am I missing? Satisfied so far customer. more

option fabric insurance for stains 8/20/2011

BEWARE... DON'T BUY THE EXTRA INSURANCE they push on you went you buy a couch. They did come out but were not able to clean the stains out of our microfiber couch that the salesman promised and bragged about. Neither was I told that I was NOT supposed to use tap water but distilled water when cleaning. Needless to say, the couch and loveseat look like crap now and they can't fix it. more

Slow to refund money and poor selection 10/15/2009

The salesman convinced to me to purchace 3 pieces based on the idea that I could send them back if not pleased. Hom was good about picking the furniture up to have it brought back to the store, but slow to refund my money. The salesman totally blew me off when I cancelled the furniture even though I was still trying to find something at Hom. Went to a different store (not Hom) and had a very helpful salesperson who helped me buy furniture based on my room and my taste. Pros: Convenient hours of operation Cons: Pushy salespeople; long wait to get a refund more

The sales people were rude and the furniture took over 2 months to get delivered. I would never shop there again!!! more
