The salesman convinced to me to purchace 3 pieces based on the idea that I could send them back if not pleased. Hom was good about picking the furniture up to have it brought back to the store, but slow to refund my money. The salesman totally blew me off when I cancelled the furniture even though I was still trying to find something at Hom. Went to a different store (not Hom) and had a very helpful salesperson who helped me buy furniture based on my room and my taste.
Pros: Convenient hours of operation
Cons: Pushy salespeople; long wait to get a refund
