H-Care Nursing Svc

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed by my limited experience with H-Care. Perhaps it was the fault of the one individual I dealt with but it was still disapointing. During an attempt to obtain equipment (wheelchair, etc) for a disabled parent, I was given wrong information and told that what I wished to do was not possible. The individual was adamant that getting a replacement wheelchair through the insurance provider would not be possible under any circumstances. Even after providing all of the details, their statement was that I could go out and buy one. My next calls were to my parent's Doctor and then the insurance provider. Both stated that the information provided by H-Care was wrong. Luckily, I was able to go to another company for the replacement wheelchair. \r \r Note: After all was said and done, I did speak with someone at H-Care who also confirmed that the individual I'd spoken with provided incorrect information. I've found HCare employees to be very professional and helpful, often going out way to assist my family and I. Our nurse drives 4-5 hours round trip from H-Care to visit some of her patients, and she does it every day and with a smile.\r \r I've never been surprised by their care, but I have been comforted by it. It's nice to know that someone has answers and results that you can't get anywhere else. more

IF YOU HAVE HAD A NEGITIVE FEED BACK ON THIS PLACE, YOU PROBALLY HATE EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD.\r I have delt with H-Care I think They are very over booked, Mainly because of walk-ins. Yes you will have to wait but, you have to wait when you go to a Dr. Tammy Neely CPED,ROA is very well trained and i would reccommed her anytime, she runs around trying to help all she can. i would recommend her to anyone. If you want speed go to Walmart if you want it to fit you properly than go to H-CARE !!!! more

At first, I found H-Care to be excellent. Then, as I needed further supplies and service, things went downhill QUICKLY. My problems seemed to have been with one person, so I don't know if he was hired and then caused the problems...or exactly what happened.\r \r I personally will never deal with H-Care again if possible, but...they are the only ones with some of the supplies that I need that will also bill my insurance company. Otherwise, I have to pay out-of-pocket and get reimbursed.\r \r Still, I believe that H-Care is dealing with lives. If not for others, they should be a bit more careful with MINE! more

H Care is full of ignorant lowlifes. They are the scum of the earth and ruin everything. If you see an H CARE sign.... RUN!!!!! But if under any circumstance you must go to H Care, remember to have lunch first and make sure its not raining or you will be WAITING!! more

They have a great staff, they explain how to use the equipment and if you have any questions you can call them. They are also good about what or how much your insurance will cover for that particular item. more
