At first, I found H-Care to be excellent. Then, as I needed further supplies and service, things went downhill QUICKLY. My problems seemed to have been with one person, so I don't know if he was hired and then caused the problems...or exactly what happened.\r

I personally will never deal with H-Care again if possible, but...they are the only ones with some of the supplies that I need that will also bill my insurance company. Otherwise, I have to pay out-of-pocket and get reimbursed.\r

Still, I believe that H-Care is dealing with lives. If not for others, they should be a bit more careful with MINE!
