Great business! My wife and I just bought our first house and we were in the process of remodeling it. We needed new carpet and started looking around for the best deals and since we wanted to get moved into our house before the weekend we were hoping to find a place that could install it soon. more

I needed new carpet in my home and was on a two week deadline. Marvin, at H&W Carpets, gave me excellent customer service at a competitive price. Their installers (who are long time employees of the shop) were both friendly and professional, The last time I had carpet installed, I used H.D. and was extremely dissatisfied with the installer. Not only was he a psycho, they had to come out and correct his many mistakes. What I have learned through that very bad experience was, the relationship between the shop and their installer is extremely important. Marvin's excellent communication coupled with their competent installers is a win-win situation. You will not be disappointed. more

I have never bought carpet before and Marvin at HW Carpets was wonderful. He was patient and not pushy. I told him what I wanted and he did his best to help me. I never felt pressured or pushed. He came out and gave me a quote for the job and then followed up with a couple phone calls. I got several quotes from different vendors/carpet places. Some of them were less than honest with me or tried to convince me that I needed to go thru them. I was very clear that I didn't want to play any games and I wanted them to provide me with their best offer and that then I would make a choice. Marvin at HW Carpets really did do the best job. I am wriing this review even though I did not choose HW Carpets because I feel that positive people and businesses should be given credit. The only reason I did not go thru HW Carpets is a neighbor is a contractor and needed work so we chose to support him even though it is costing us a little more. I would be happy to reccommend HW Carpets. Candi the in store clerk/front desk person was also a delight to work with. They were all very willing to answer my questions and never make me feel like I was imposing. HW Carpets knows customer service is important. Thank you! The installation of our carpet and floors was not so good. The Carpet on the stairs had a gap between wall and step. The Hard wood floor was installed in the wrong direction.\r They had to come back several times to get it right. more
