was very clear on explaining everything as he went over the contract with me. It was a smooth transaction and not at all any pressure or stress during the financial end of the deal . Mr. Frank M. was right there to make sure i was completely satisfied with my vehicle and understood all the functions of my new Escape. I love my new ford excape and feel proud to be an owner of an American made vehicle!! more

It is refreshing to get the ""royal treatment"" from a car dealership. Your salesman, Frank Mercardante was superb! He went beyond the call of duty to assist me with the purchase of my new Ford Focus! His prfessionalistm, knowledge of the prodcut and most important to me his patients was first class!. We walked away fro a deal almost two weeks ago, however your folks continued to call asking what could be done to make the deal happen. This is more than any other dealership we've ever worked with. Meet my needs 7/5/2010

When my husband decided to purchase a new SUV, we visited the Ford dealership near our house. We were not impressed with the service at our local dealer and decided to shop around. We are very glad we did! We ended up at Gwinnett Place Ford, where we got great service and an even better deal! We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Our local dealer had told us we'd never get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Of course we let them know that Gwinnett Place Ford was able to meet our needs! more
