Matt in service was great 4/20/2011

Took my Expedition in because of a problem with the transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sure it was 100% fixed before I got it back and not 90% fixed. Matt called everyday to keep me updated on the status. Since I've gotten it back everything is perfect. The best Ford store in Georgia. more

Highly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln Mercury..RV traveling is our new adventure..Visited dealership and told Steve Tiller that we were going tothe 5th wheel mode of travel..Steve showed us several options without pressure and answered all of our questions. After several days of contemplation, we decided to return to see if we could make a purchase. Again, without pressure, Steve and Brian McFarland searched the country for the specific model that we wanted..No luck..They suggested a different model or a special order...We left with an F350 equipped with more options than we intended at an agreeable price...We are quite satisfied with the entire process.. more

I allover buying experience at Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth was very quick and easy for my frist time buying a new car. The saleperson (Geo Riddlespringer) made my buying experience stress free. I also would like to thank(Frank Mercardante)for going over MPP with me. And Shannon Suazo for going over the Sync system. I give Gwinnett Place Ford staff two thumb up and 5 stars for the outstanding service I received. I will recommend my friends to go to Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth for their next vehicle. more

He will treat you right with a great deal... 4/11/2011

This was my second new car purchase from this dealership. I worked with the same salesman on this mustang purchase as I did my last. Hassan was great. He is a great salesman. Very informative and never I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. Dealing with the sales management team was a positive experience also. In the finance office the gentleman that processed my paperwork was quick and efficient. All final paperwork was as expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go there ask for Hassan, he will treat you right and you will get a great deal. more

My high rating is as a result of the nine years of top service I have received on my last two Ford Explorers. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge of the service writers, honesty and the obvious concern they share in making sure any problem is correctly diagnosed and corrected. During the 50K plus miles, all work and service has been performed only by Gwinnett Place Ford. more

They are a 10 in my book 4/7/2011

The only service on my 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer has been done by Gwinnett Place Ford. I have purchased my last 2 Explorers from them. I drive 45 miles round trip when having my oil changed or anything else. They are 10+ in my book. Never an issue they are about the customer. more

Second truck purchase 3/28/2011

This is my second truck purchased at this dealer. There service department is always great. My truck was in for normal service maint. and a couple of warrenty items, they were all taken care of the same day and the service writer kept me informed. Very freindly and quick, would recommend them for service and sales. more

Outstanding 3/25/2011

Matt Lankford has been an outstanding service adviser every time I bring my vehicle to him for repair or service. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to deal with the problem. The issues are always fixed the first time and for a fair price. My latest issue was a rough idle in the engine and the problem was diagnosed fast and correct. The AC compressor and condenser had gone bad and Matt's promise of job completion task and time was exactly what he said. more

I received the final paperwork on the 03 Porche and got the title transferred today. Just thought Id drop a note saying thank you folks for a very nice car and a very pleasant buying experience. I buy a fair amount of collector cars from across the country and it's rare to have the deals go this smooth. You folks do a goodjob. more

I wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. I first came by your dealership back at the end of May to test drive the new Mustang. I met Dewayne and told him that I was possibly looking to purchase a new Mustang within the next two to three months and that I was waiting for some settlement money before I would be ready. He took the time knowing that It was not an immediate sale, to let me drive a couple of cars and go over some preliminary numbers. He kept in touch with me over the next two months to check on my status but he did not hound me or pressure me. more
