I felt safe 12/29/2010

I don't know everyones name but i do know how genuinely friendly and helpful everyone was at the Gwinnett place Ford when I broke down en route to Raleigh, NC. Even your patrons were nice to me and my dog Vinnie! Thank you for working hard to let me get back on the road, and I especially appreciate you giving my dog water in the 100 degree heat. When i finally made it to Raleigh, the wedding part kept commenting that it must have been so stressful, and I told them that Yes it was frustrating but it was not stressful. I felt safe and take care of even though the situation was less than ideal. more

Handled situation QUICKLY 12/13/2010

We have owned a 2002 Ford Focus and its been serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford many times in the recent years. My wife drove this car and whenever there was a problem, she had great confidence that she could call, first Ms. Deldonna and then Ms. Cox and know the situation would be handled quickly and completely. more

I salute their service 12/13/2010

Most recently the car experience what we thought to be a significant problem with the engine. While we chose not to have repairs made (the cost would likely have been significantly more than the car was worth) all 3 did their best to make our experience go as smoothly as possible in a situation where there were no clear answers. In the final analysis, Mr. Jackson made a decision that was most beneficial to my wife and me, for which we are grateful. Their understanding of our situation was superior, and I salute their service to your dealership. more

Frank was amazing 10/15/2010

I am writing to compliment one of your employees, Frank Mercardante. This in itself is a credit to Frank because I am not an easy person to please. Additional proof of this may be obtained from my barber, doctor, landscaper, neighbors and children. If you have seen the movie Gran Torino, then you have some idea of the many traits lacking from my personality. In any case last Thursday, June 25th, my wife and I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape from your dealership. Frank was our sales person and in spite of his heroic efforts this sale almost did not happen. However, the obstacles were overcome, and because of Frank's diligent efforts and persistence, the deal was consummated. more

He took care of everything for me and made my experience so easy@ This was my fourth Mustang GT purchase from Gwinnett Ford though and I will buy again from Gwinnett Ford! Sales Andrew was terrific 9/30/2010

Salesman Andrew was terrific in finding the car we wanted. Sales Manager dale did an excellent job making sure we were satisfied and expiditing the closing and Sync instructions because of a time constraint on my part. The lady who helped with the instructions on sync-forgot her name but she was pregnant, did a excellent job. Need a refresher course by the way because its too complicated. more

I worked with Frank who was not only friendly, but informative and best of all he listened to me. He responded quickly to my emails and to my telephone calls before I even go to the dealership. Dustin worked with me in the finance dept. and I was ready for the ""standard pitch"" to sell me everything I didn't need or want and Dustin was the exact opposite. He also listened to me and was friendly and informative. more

Upfront pricing 8/30/2010

We went to 4 other ford dealerships and left them before coming to Gwinnett. They gave us upfront price and stuck to it. A special thanks to Rene who set up my telephone and explained some stuff to me that I had on my previous car and didn't have a clue what it was for. more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 8/27/2010

From the time i drove into the parking to the finance department I recieved excellent customer service. Cory M. Was extremely professional, polite and was very versatile on all product that I inquired about. Cory's manager was very professional when explaining associated cost of the different vehicles and searching for the perfect vehicle for me. Dustin-the Finance manager was dressed very professionally, took his time and explained the various plans under the Execu-Care program. This was very beneficial and helpful in my decision making. Overall, my car buying experience at Gwinnett Ford was exceptional! more
