THE OIL LEVEL ON DIP STICK WAS NOT CHECKED AFTER FILLING WITH NEW OIL AND TOO MUCH OIL (~2 PINTS OR MORE) WAS ADDED FOR THE PAST ALL OIL CHANGES. THE DIP STICK HAS PERMANENT MARK...

My sales rep was Mike Rancharan, but he is not listed on the drop box.\r He was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Between Mike, Adam and Paschal, we were extremely satisfied customers. We drove an hour to see this car, but it was well worth the drive!!! more

The service I scheduled wasn't completed because they didn't have parts. I waited for 2 and a half hours only to hear I would have to come back next week for work to be completed. It was only one part needed for the service. Run away fast from these liars. more

Great Dealership 11/1/2014

I have gotten two cars from Gurnee Hyundai and have had good experiences in both cases. We have been back a few times for maintenance on our Sonata and was always taken care of including a free cleaning of the car. more
