Billing office is not very well organized and is unprofessional.

I really like the service received at Gunthers and have been with them for about 5 years now. They always do a great job and explain thongs to me in a way that I can understand. They keep me informed on how things are looking with the units, and when to expect another repair. But, what really stands out to me is that, when they present this information, they are not overselling. They don't exaggerate an urgency - they simply let me know it's beginning to wear out. They leave everything up to me, with no pressure added, and I really like that! I highly recommend Gunthers! more

I have been using Gunthers for many many years now and every time they do a great job. That's why I keep calling them back. Their technician always does a great job and I like that he takes the time to help me understand what was wrong, and how they can help. I really appreciate that and I absolutely recommend Gunthers! more

I was impressed with the knowledge our salesman had of the products. He offered us information on several options and compared their prices and rebates available. We were able to make an informed decision and we trusted his recommendation. He also completed all the paperwork so that we will receive the rebates. more

found everyone busy middle of heat wave took a week to get rolling, but everyone was busy, gunthers showed up showed me my options i chose one and they went to work 2 day job excellent job they were clean covered carpet where they were working stayed with the job no messing around more

One of the Best HVAC Contractors 8/25/2016

I have done several commercial projects with Gunthers through the years and have always had a positive experience. One of the best complements I can give to a subcontractor is that I never have to worry or question if they are going to perform on a project. Once I sign them up for a job I can relax that the mechanical portion of the project will be done correctly. more

We obtained proposals for a new HVAC system from several companies. Gunther's proposal was competitive. More importantly, there was no undo pressure to make quick decisions or early commitments. After we made the decision to purchase from Gunther's, the entire team was quick to meet our installation schedule. We remain very impressed with our salesman, and lead installation technician. Had some problems left unresolved. 8/8/2016

Honestly, I was not satisfied at all with their service. We had a minimal job - just one toilet line to clear out. Their technician came and cleared the line and we still were not able to flush anything solid without it coming right back up. I called several times in an attempt to get this resolved and they did not. They told me the technician had cleared the line 3 different times and left it at that. I then went to a different company and they handled it that afternoon perfectly. Personally, i think they didn't want to come back for such a minimal job, which is a shame. I wanted to use them regarding our hvac system - which would require a returning check-up every six months. They would have been my first choice if they had simply followed up on my legitimate issue. Lost a potential returning customer because of that. In the future I would suggest trusting the customer enough to simply check back on their concern. more

They charge too much and can never fix our problems. 7/28/2016

Gunthers do our regular maintenance, which I think they charge way too much for and it seems to me like, whenever we've had any problem, they can never can fix it. We've been using them for a while and we are not satisfied with their service. more
