Billing office is not very well organized and is unprofessional.

Very polite, they did a very good job 7/11/2016

I just have to say that the guys over at Gunthers Comfort Air really did a very good job for us recently. The guys that came to our home were very polite and they got right to work upon arrival. Before they did anything they would explain what they were going to be doing so that we were all on the same page which we really appreciated. They did a very good job in a very short amount of time which is why this whole thing was a five star experience! more

Satisfied customer 7/6/2016

Gunthers Comfort Air has done many things for us, from installing our AC unit to repairing problems with our air conditioning, we've received nothing but great service from all of their techs. They're always ready to come take a look at our system when we call them and I have recommended their company to others. more

Great service! 5/27/2016

Gunthers Comfort Air redid my furnace. They took out the old one and put in a new one. I think that their expertise is refreshing; they are one of the few companies that actually knows a lot about HVAC systems. They seem like HVAC engineers, not just furnace installation people. They spent a lot of time looking at the whole system, they explained what was going on, and they answered any questions I might have had. I had never used them before but I would definitely go back again. more

Really happy wirth the service 5/27/2016

Everything went as planned, the only complaint I have is that the condensation drains were like a hidden cost and had to do a change order to have it installed. more

Great installer and service 5/18/2016

The installer from Gunthers Comfort Air gave us a brand-new furnace and had to change the water heater--two expensive big jobs. It was a lot of money, but I believe it was comparable--and my husband said it was comparable--so we felt comfortable. What impressed us the most was the installer's work ethic. There was a lot that needed to be done and he put so much work into it. I felt, and liked, that the installer explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and I felt that he was really a hard worker. We will continue to use Gunthers. more

Did a good job 5/16/2016

I honestly do not have a lot of specifically good things to say about Gunthers Comfort Air except that they did everything well. They did a really good job for me, and I really appreciated that they arrived on time. Other than that everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them. more
