Me and my girl were in Vegas on vacation and looking to shoot some guns so we looked up local firing ranges and this one was the closest to out hotel (luxor). Once we got in, there were two females at the counter, one of which knew as much as my 7 year old stepson while the other was a bit more knowledgeable. We looked over they're package deals which are diffrent from what's advertised in the hotel booklets, until we found one we both wanted, we then had to wait as there were only 2 men escorting customers to the firing area, I'm guessing they were supposed to be rotating but one dude wasn't doing anything at all while the otherwise were getting his guests in and out.....so with that being said when we got there, there was only one party in front of us, we ended up going I believe 4th or 5th. While we were waiting I can say a positive thing happened, a guy I think he may have been the manager came up and asked my stepson had anyone let him pick out a wristband? He proceeded to take him over to the merchandise counter and let him pick out two wristbands and gave them to him for free because he wasn't old enough to partake in the activities. more

My son and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The instructor(Gary) that worked with my son was very friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed the experience so much that we returned the second day to shoot more. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Las Vegas. Thanks more

My two teenage sons and I had a great time. The instructor was great at describing the various weapons and their use. The staff was friendly and most helpful. It was also very convenient having a shuttle to pick us up directly at our hotel. I would highly recommend this range. more

Wide range of weapons, and the people are all great. Very polite, and act like they really enjoy being there. A couple of the packages are not deals, actually more expensive than if you get them separately (!) Overall though, top notch if you want to experience a great variety of weapons. more

I purchesed a pair of pants and a belt but no long sleave shirts. We had a goog laugh about that because I am from Vancouver Canada. more

I cannot recommend Guns & Ammo Garage more highly....This is one of the few gun stores in the Valley where one can get the best products AND the best customer service in the same place. No attitudes, no pompous sales people trying to talk down to you, and no pressure. I have made this my primary gun store, and will continue to get all of my guns here. And, by the way, the range and the personnel at the range are equally awesome. more

Waiting area isn't too bad, I can't say its 5 stars nice, but it's clean and that's what really matters. There is glass wall between the actual place to shoot and the waiting area, but you can still hear everyone shooting the guns. There are Range Safety Officers that actually assist patrons in form, stance, loading a gun, and everything. Some places are rent a gun, lane and have fun. Kurt (at least I believe it was Kurt) showed us to the stations, what guns we were using, how to load the guns, stance, form, how to shoot, safety's, and answered all our questions. I actually kinda am jealous of him, and kinda have a man crush (no-h*mo intended) because his charisma is outstanding, I know it may sound like me blowing him up, but he was knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and always smiling. Knew what he was doing. To be able to upkeep that attitude all day especially dealing with people like me (joke! no? okay), dang I wish I could learn from him. We shot our rounds, apparently I'm not too good at shooting, but after we were done, we returned outside to the waiting area to pay, returned headgear/glasses, got the shirt included in the package and left. Great facility, and even greater employees. Guest Services, especially great guest services is really hard to find, and it can make or break an establishment. (I feel like I was treated more as a guest than a customer :D ) more

Quite simply brilliant. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. The facilities are fantastic. And the selection of guns superb. And by appealing to the 10 year old boy in all of us with they're section packages its easy to pick which one is correct for you. more

i found the gun garage to be an exciting place to go, the people were very friendly and i was having trouble hitting the target when one of the employees noticed i was left handed but was holding the gun in my right hand to fire he showed me how to hold the gun and fire it left handed and i hit the target everytime, i enjoyed our first visit there and the next visit too.. more

These guys did an amazing job. The staff was nice and friendly and everything was made extremely simple. The instructors walked you through shooting in a step by step program and assisted us when ever we needed it. I had never even shot a gun and I found myself thinking that I wanted to do this again, before it was even over. more
