Arrived to Guns and Ammo Garage with my uncle, he's never shot an automatic gun before! Connor was our host and he was very courteous and professional. He made us feel very safe! We shot a Glock 19 & MP5 (basic package) but had so much fun we deicded on more rounds and different guns (UZI & Kriknov). We will be back for more! Especially the big Rambo gun in the corner! more

My Twin Son and Daughter literally had a blast here. Arrived and were greeted promptly by Associate Dani who helped us select the Family Package which included everything my Son wanted to shoot as well as low-recoil pistol with suppressor and rifle for my Daughter. Added on the FN Sub (real strong kick) in addition to the MP5 (nice shooting sub). Waited about 10-minutes to be called and were unleashing the rounds soon thereafter. Note: They also have a range of alternate targets to choose from in addition to the standard one so we chose some Zombies and of course a Bin Laden head shot. Our Instructor was Justin - same one on their videos. Justin is not only an expert and highly professional instructor but also made it so safe and fun for my kids to shoot! I highly recommed anyone coming here to ask for Justin. Got the T-shirt, video, targets as souvenir. I even bought a couple of 22-round mags for my G23. This place deserves the perfect rating it gets and I will be back most definitely. JUST DON'T TELL MOM! more

My husband and I had never been near a gun before, much less fired one. You guys were fabulous. Our instructor was thorough and reassuring. His technique training was outstanding and we both surprised ourselves at how accurate we were for first-timers. Will definitely return. Thanks! more

Visiting Vegas from the UK, we decided to check out Guns&Ammo Garage. One phone call told us everything we needed to know. Courtesy pick up and drop off from the hotel, informative and friendly reception staff on arrival. The type and calibre of weapons were carefully explained so we could choose a package that suited us exactly. Our weapons coach took us onto the range and put us at ease straight away, his friendly but professional manner filled us with the confidence that we were in expert hands. This was an a fantastic experience and well worth cost - you'll never experience anything like this in the UK ever . Thanks guys ! more

What a great experience ! Having free pick-up from your hotel is a plus. Staff friendly and helpful in choosing the packages. Top notch facility and had John as an instructor. Took his time to explain all the weapons. No pressure - once I became comfortable, I was ready to shoot. Can't wait to come back again ! more

Went to Vegas for a day and decided to go shooting. Did some research and Guns and Ammo Garage had good reviews and prices. I shot the thompson, m1, and scar. Had a blast shooting them and really good instruction explaining about each gun. more

Had a good selection of modern fully automatic rifles. Have the P90 which was awesome! Next time I want to shoot the Kriss Vector! more

The customer service here was excellent. The staff was friendly and patient, taking time to explain the options and create a plan to accommodate everyone in your party. I managed to drag my girlfriend along so she started with the kids .22LR package while I went with the choose any three package. Then when you go in to the range, you are under the supervision of one of their staff the entire time as they show you how to use the gun and answer any questions you have. It helps you feel very secure around all the guns. The facility itself was kept very clean and orderly from the gun shop out front to the firing range in the back. There's even a small booth area where you can get a picture of yourself firing the gun in the range. My one complaint I have about them is that when we went, it was towards when they were closing but there was still a good amount of people there so I felt rushed to shoot and leave by my firing range trainer. The gun I had the highest expectations for and that was ultimately the most disappointing was the AK-47. It was our final gun out of five. It was loud and had a nice kick but I couldn't get my grip on it correctly so it kept knocking off my ear muffs. I kept asking the trainer how to adjust my hold so I can get a real feel for the gun without constantly having to stop and adjust my ear muffs but got no response. Instead he kept insisting I go fully automatic when I wanted to do single fire for the accuracy and to get a feel for the gun first. I felt that it was all in the urgency to get out and get the next group in. I felt uncomfortable enough that I didn't even manage to grab myself a shell casing from the AK-47 to add to my collection. I'm still a bit upset about that. Also be warned that it is on the pricey side and can go quickly, especially if you dump your entire clip in one squeeze. But it is definitely something you should try once. Just watch the ear muffs. more

I saw their anvertising on their courtesy shuttle. Guns and Ammo Garage was very easy to find. Plenty of guns to choose from. The staff was excellent, very professional and safe. Their pricing was normal for Las Vegas. Hand guns $25, semi auto rifle or shotgun $25, machine guns from $35-$80. Their fireams were great fun to shoot. For someone that can't legally own a fully automatic rifle in California, it was a blast to shoot. I shot an AK-47 and a submachine gun the FN P90. The instructors are top notch, safe, and really take their time with you. I'll be going there again if I go back to Las Vegas. more

I liked how great the customer service was but I didn't like how you couldn't buy extra ammo and someone had to be over your shoulder the whole time... I felt like a little kid. This is meant for tourists and first time shooters. more
