I am truely dissapointed in the service department of Gulf Chrysler Jeep in Foley.

Slimy sales tactics 12/2/2012

Went here to purchase a used vehicle. I had been working with their Internet sales department, had a great price, but it was also noted that the price was negotiable. I went in to test drive the vehicle and loved it. Then came the paperwork part. They came back to me with an $8000 increase in price! No integrity with the folks here. more

Check Engine Light on 2/15/2011

Add on sales.. 2/8/2011

The quick lube folks are somewhat friendly and they do not leave a mess in or on the vehicle. I am concerend though as they told my Wife that she needed the rear differencial fluid changed as it was contaminated.. more

Great Service Department 12/16/2010

Took my 2006 ram in for service and the tech Micah found a leak that would have been a very expensive fix if it had gone unnoticed,repaired and was on the road fast my truck was ready when promised and fixed right so glad to do business with these guy 2 thumbs up!!!! more

Alfred Hathcock was my technician and he did an awesome job on my vehicle. As a woman, he explained all of the repairs in a way I could understand and was honest. I appreciate that! I was very happy with the repairs and customer service. I will definitely return to GCDJ for all of my future vehicle needs! more

Great deal and super service. 7/19/2010

I have purposely waited a little while to respond to the insider pages to see how my car, deal and satisfaction "wears". Well, it's been almost 2 months! WOW ! How time flies... and I could not be more pleased with EVERY facet of my dealings with Gulf Chrysler, etc. and the FAMILY there! My only wish is that they were not 280 miles away. Wow! Finally driving a Chrysler. Fast service by the team of professionals at Gulf CDJ on 20 May allowed a routine stop for an oil change to be a new car purchase. I have been driving Dodge Grand Carivans for 22 years. Now, I am enjoying the luxury of the Chrysler Town and Country. The competent and thorough briefing about the car and it's many fine features by Dwight and Paul made the whole buying procedure easy. THANKS Team. more

Gulf Chrysler was excellent! 6/2/2010

This dealership has recently undergone some improvements in leadership and attitude, and I had a great experience with them. I ordered a 2010 Challenger, and we did have a few bumps in the beginning (closer to the time of the other reviewer) but I watched the "new face" of the dealership emerging throughout my interractions with them. The entire staff, especially Jennifer and Sherie, were attentive and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction as a customer. They followed up throughout the process, and made sure I was 100% satisfied the day I picked up the car. And I was! Thanks so much to Gulf Chrysler for going the extra mile. more
