This dealership has recently undergone some improvements in leadership and attitude, and I had a great experience with them. I ordered a 2010 Challenger, and we did have a few bumps in the beginning (closer to the time of the other reviewer) but I watched the "new face" of the dealership emerging throughout my interractions with them. The entire staff, especially Jennifer and Sherie, were attentive and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction as a customer. They followed up throughout the process, and made sure I was 100% satisfied the day I picked up the car. And I was! Thanks so much to Gulf Chrysler for going the extra mile.
