any time I go there to the keyboard department,the seller are speaking on telephone all the time, I went to pick something i bought used and the store just open it at 11:00 am and the guy in the keyboard department already has bad attitude , same thing in the drum department, they try to screw me up with a used drum I bought,but you have to wait for a month because is used, wen I went to pick it up they guy did not want to give me the snare he say was no included,,,,,be carefully here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. more

Bad Service 4/15/2011

Don't go here if you want good service. I called to talk about trading an amp, and over the phone they talk a good talk, when you get there, it is complete BullS#$!. That aside, trying to get service to purchase some higher ticket items was really hard, sales person was very inattentive, and scattered and rude. I guess they don't like selling or making money, otherwise they should get a clue! You are better off finding a different store or going on Ebay. more
