Don't go here if you want good service. I called to talk about trading an amp, and over the phone they talk a good talk, when you get there, it is complete BullS#$!. That aside, trying to get service to purchase some higher ticket items was really hard, sales person was very inattentive, and scattered and rude. I guess they don't like selling or making money, otherwise they should get a clue! You are better off finding a different store or going on Ebay.
