Ronnie from Guida obviously took his time to do the installation, and he did an excellent job. The weather was not conducive, so he had to come back a second time. He just took a lot of care with the installation. The quality of the product is really great. more

When it was time to replace my entry door, I narrowed my search...Guida. I wanted a Guida door. The process started with a home visit with a salesman, Matt, knowledgeable and professional. The only drawback I could note was the lengthy wait for installation. I really needed a door more sooner than later. I was told eight weeks. But when I called approximately five and a half weeks later to check the status, my doors were ready. We set up an installation date. Cancelled because of weather. Rescheduled soon after. Worth the wait! The installers were courteous and professional. And the doors are great. Two thumbs up to the experience. more

Before any important purchase I make ,I always educate myself the best I can.(some say its a curse) . I did a lot of research about windows and the available features before ever meeting with Steve in the showroom. In his conversation with me he went over all the important things a excellent window should have and how it works.He was extremely knowledgeable about his products. Okay, so now I picked a great window what about the installation part. Well Eric has been working with Guida for years and I was again very, very impressed with the workmanship and care about the job they displayed. I've had Guida Door & Window before, and I have recommended them. I really wanted a security door, but I didn't want to get it at a big store. I have a doorway that has an arch in it, so it had to be custom made. Guida came and made a template first. The door is nice and tight, so no one can get in there! more

I had such a great experience with the installation of the first entry door that I knew that when I got ready to have the backdoors to my property done it would be with Guida again. Guida Door & Window is fantastic. They were timely, personable, and efficient. The price they estimated for me was on point so I wasn't taken by any surprises at the end. My doors are about three years old. The screws that attach the latch are stripped so that the latch cannot be securely fastened and the lock is useless. The rubber weather stripping at the bottom of the door is torn and completely ineffective. I am a middle aged woman with adult children that no longer live at home. These doors do not see a lot of traffic or ear. There is no reason, other than shoddy quality for this to happen. I explained our intentions to send out a service tech to service/repair the minor door issues at no cost; however the customer declined to allow Guida to provide the service. Our front entry door was drafty but let in no sunlight. We had a full-view storm door installed but it was still very drafty. Plus they were both drab. We began looking at doors on other homes and decided a door with glass and a new storm door was what we wanted. We looked at big box stores & we looked at window and doors stores. We saw reviews for Guida Window & Doors on Angie's List and decided to take a drive to PA. We didn't make an appointment we just drove to the showroom were we met Steve Sperduto, who was just wonderful. We saw so many doors we really liked. Finally, we saw it! The one that we loved: an entry door with half-door leaded glass. In front of it a new storm door, in the same color, with a roll down screen for the few times we want have a breeze come in. Steve came to house with color samples and we sent our HOA an application to change the doors and the colors. Once the HOA approved it, we gave Steve the go ahead & Mike Chambers came & measured. Mike called us a few weeks later to say the doors were ready. We made arrangements for Mike to come and install both doors & take away our old doors. Mike was here the entire day! He took off the existing trim prior to doing the installation. He made sure the entry door was a perfect fit before he installed the storm door. Again, he made sure it was a perfect fit. He re-installed the trim. The end result is just gorgeous! No more drafts! Neighbors have commented on how gorgeous it looks. And even on cloudy days the daylight pours into a once dark hallway. If you are looking for a new door, you've got to go to Guida! Made here in the USA (PA) and the quality is wonderful & everyone at Guida is so nice & they want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We're delighted! more

Guida Door & Window was great. We've been in our house for about eight years, and we've used them three times. About six years ago they did a railing, a back door and some side things for us. We used them another time, but recently we got two inside doors and two outside security doors from them. We get lots of compliments on the doors, and it's warmer inside. We like them. They're very neat, and we've had no problems. I think they are very worth the money. We were happy! more

I wish I could get the service I received from Guida Door & Window for everything I get done! I basically had my whole house redone by them. They installed new siding on the front and the back of the house, and they installed all new windows, including some bow windows, in the house. They also installed two new doors and a screen door. Everything turned out wonderfully! I basically got a whole new house. I loved Joe, who installed the new windows and doors. He was just like family and very personable. I was very impressed with the way he handled the work on the windows and doors. Chris, who installed the siding with an assistant, really took the time to clean up the mess after the work was done. They weren't in the way while they did the work and were really professional. I have never seen anything like the workmanship that was done by Guida Door & Window. It really was well worth the money. I know people may want to go the cheaper route, but you get what you pay for. I have no complaints about the products I purchased or the way they were installed. At Guida, since they are a family-run business, they really treat you like family. Unlike a lot of other businesses, they are still in the neighborhood. It wasn't about the money for them. They worked with me. They didn't treat me like the bottom line or like I was just another dollar for them. They made sure I was satisfied with everything. more
