Guardian Home Inspection

I was very impressed with service Guardian provided us. Working with Jason was a great experience. At the end of the inspection, he took the time to explain all the pictures to me, and let me know things that needed to be done for the VA loan, in addition to what just needed to be done. Jason also made another trip to the property for no charge, to make sure the repairs had been made by the seller. I recommend calling Guardian Home Inspection before you buy your new home. more

Was pretty disappointed with the overall process. When you go to the Guardian website, it lets you choose specific inspectors. We chose Jason Boni, who appears to be the owner and an exceptional inspector, based on reviews we had read online. However, on the day of the inspection, we got someone different without any notice or explanation, even though we had waited extra time to get Mr. Boni. \r \r Then the inspection lasted only 1 1/2 hours. For a house of this size (>2000 sq ft, 50+ yr house), inspections typically take 2.5-3 hours, if not more.\r \r Later, when we got the report, it was missing details that we had discussed with the inspector, such as cracks in the basement wall.\r \r Anyway, hope this helps someone else. If you decide to go with this company, make sure you get exactly what you ask for. more

Jason Boni is a genuinely nice guy and very professional. His inspection and report was very professional, thorough, and informative. He provided two letters to help facilitate closing at no charge and after normal business hours! I recommend Jason and Guardian Home Inspection without hesitation. His findings during the inspection saved me thousands in repairs and the thoroughness of the inspection report made it easy to negotiate the repairs.
