After receiving my household good shipment, I discovered that the movers decided to remove the Base stand of my 2700$ plasma TV and not include it with the rest of the goods. I had spent at least 2 months trying to get this situation settled, and now Maxine Luna won't even return my emails. I now learned that they will only cover about 60 cents per pound per Item, which means that they ""may"" give me up to 180$ for effectively turning my 1 year old TV into a paper weight. I would never use them again. more

That is the second time we are using those guys for moving form Seattle to Kapalua and so far our experience was nothing but positive. more

My experience with GARDIAN Moving & Storage was excellent. I find sales person and all other staff very helpful and easy to communicate. Their service was on time according to my requests, normally in the frame of realistic packing pick up and delivery and unpacking. They offered me even cost free storage for I believe one moth in the case if I would not be able to received shipment with shot term delivery. My shipment was over USA-Canadian border. I did not have to do anything, except to appear before Canadian Custom officer only to singe an import forms, even it was not me but the person whom I provided by written power of authority. Normally, GARDIAN Moving & Storage was in agreement with that. Packing and unpacking was smooth and I was reasonably serviced for delivery at two different location. Second destination I requested short time before delivery and for reasonable small increase in the price I was perfectly serviced. Their flexibility and full service were professional, a full service package without any troubles. more

I had an excellent experience both upfront packing and unpacking.The sales person was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definetely use this company again and would recommend to family and friends. more
