After receiving my household good shipment, I discovered that the movers decided to remove the Base stand of my 2700$ plasma TV and not include it with the rest of the goods. I had spent at least 2 months trying to get this situation settled, and now Maxine Luna won't even return my emails. I now learned that they will only cover about 60 cents per pound per Item, which means that they ""may"" give me up to 180$ for effectively turning my 1 year old TV into a paper weight. I would never use them again.
