I have been battling to get documentation I need to get access to funds to pay for a procedure I need for 1 year. The financial rep, Jennifer, agreed to give me a document 1 year ago. At the time, she couldnt come up with is because "she didnt have any letterhead". Hmmmm, ok so it is ok to turn away a patient who needs a simple letter because you don't have letterhead? I would have not even given this business a single star if it was an option. The Grove Dental Group is a money making machine that does not care about it's patients. I began taking my kids there because it was close and the office is very nice with all the latest technology. On more than one occasion I waited for 45min. or more with my 3 kids before being called back. On one occasion I asked how much longer we would have to wait only to find out they had misplaced my son's file. The final straw was when I myself went in on a emergency. I had a tooth, that had a root canal done by another dentist years prior, break in half. I was told that I my tooth was infected and I need to see a specialist to have the root canal redone and then would have to come back for a crown. Since I was already there I asked if they could do a full set of x-rays and tell me what else I needed. I was astounded when I was told that I would need another crown, all my old fillings were "leaking", and I would need more

I had a very pleasant experience ,they made my kids feel comfortable , I had my treatment started the same day as the exam , they even provided lunch for my kids while they were waiting in the waiting room and playing video games. more
