I would have not even given this business a single star if it was an option. The Grove Dental Group is a money making machine that does not care about it's patients. I began taking my kids there because it was close and the office is very nice with all the latest technology. On more than one occasion I waited for 45min. or more with my 3 kids before being called back. On one occasion I asked how much longer we would have to wait only to find out they had misplaced my son's file. The final straw was when I myself went in on a emergency. I had a tooth, that had a root canal done by another dentist years prior, break in half. I was told that I my tooth was infected and I need to see a specialist to have the root canal redone and then would have to come back for a crown. Since I was already there I asked if they could do a full set of x-rays and tell me what else I needed. I was astounded when I was told that I would need another crown, all my old fillings were "leaking", and I would need
