I'm writing to say that Julian did a great job this afternoon when he secured my cable cord, cleaned my heating vents, and adjusted the water pressure in my tubs hot water faucet. He did quality work and provided great customer service. more

Great landlords 7/13/2011

I've been in a Group Fox building for 3 years and just renewed my lease for another because I love my apartment and have had only great experiences with my maintenance guy and the office... I can call Julian (maintenance guy) directly and he has always been so great about coming to take care of any maintenance issues. And the people at the office have always been wonderful too so no complaints there...but then again, I've managed to always pay my rent online... I definitely agree that a management company should be held responsible for their buildings and any problems... but speaking for myself, they've been great landlords!! more

GroupFox is the best! You really discover what kind of manager you have when you really need them. GroupFox has been very responsive to both our small needs and our big ones too. When the AC needed to get into the window, they responded. When the sink didn't drain, they responded. When needing a place to meet with a group, they provided some space. And more importantly, when having to move out of the area but being jammed when the mover fell through, they were ready to accommodate, making for a less stressful move. I thank the management and staff of GroupFox! I hope I can rent with them again. more

Apartment is nice 6/22/2011

My apartment is nice, stove, fridge, dishwasher that I've never needed to have fixed. They handle pest control well too. They also made renting easy, there weren't a million hoops to jump through or a long interview or whatever. Just a quick form to fill out and a credit and/or background check and you're good to go. more

Love this place 6/20/2011

The layout of the apartment is great! It feels incredibly spacious. The kitchen is gorgeous, all new. The paint is brand new as are the floors. Now, I share this apartment with my boyfriend and our bedroom is HUGE with two HUGE closets, one for him and one for me. Our bedroom has two extra closets as well. It's got one of those bathrooms where the sink is outside and the bathtub/toilet are inside. I personally think this is fine and prefer it. You can pay rent online. We love this place. more

I like renting from a larger management company like Group Fox, because they tend to take care of things in a more timely manner. Things like annual pest control, and maintenance like window washing get done regularly. more

I have nothing but praise for the staff. I would definately recommend to my friends to rent from them. I have lived in other apartments in Chicago, and I wish that they would have been as courteous and accomodating as Group Fox. more

Everyone there is great. They get back to you and are pretty understanding. I'm also a good tenant so I guess if you're late on rent or loud, they might not be so nice to you. more

The woman who took us through the building was absolutely great. She showed us several apartments, was very honest and helpful and actually took the time to show us the apartment we wound up getting twice before we moved in. more
