I have a 2002 Saturn with over 125000 miles on it. For the past 6 months or more, I have had problems with hesitation before the engine would turn over, and sluggish acceleration. I took the car to a local chain car repair shop. They diagnosed that the car needed a new Cam sensor. When I called to schedule the work to be done, a manager corrected the other employee who confirmed my car, in fact did not have a cam sensor. Needless to say, I did not have my work done there. I took the car to the Saturn dealership. They said it was trial and error when you couldn't consistently replicate the problem. They were 99.9% sure it was the fuel pump. Several hundred dollars later, it was not the fuel pump and the problem still existed. I went to a private mechanic outside of Charlotte who could not diagnose the problem. After hearing Griffin Brother's ad, I brought my car in. They diagnosed the problem exactly and fixed the problem. The car runs like new when I thought it was going to be time to retire it for a new car. I just wanted to thank Griffin Brothers for their knowledge, and experience, to diagnose and fix a problem that no one else could. I've now found my new local mechanic. more

I visited Griffin Brothers for the first time. I went in for a flat repair. I was impressed with the store. Nice waiting area, very clean. The staff was friendly and when done I was not charged for the repair. I will be back! more

I only had an oil change but these fellows were very professional, friendly, and prompt. they offered bottled waters (or other soft drinks as preferred) and a clean waiting room. i will definitely return when my cars need services. more

I recently visited the Griffin Brothers on Park Road for a Tire Repair. It was 6:15pm when I arrived desperate to get the tire repaired that evening. Griffin Brothers closes at 6pm. I was flying out of town the next morning and did not want to leave for my wife to handle. The Service guy told me on the phone he would wait and keep a technician there to take car of my desperate situation. This was my 1st visit. My neighbor told me Griffin Brothers would treat me right. Well he was right and Griffin Brothers exceeded my expectations. They stayed late and then did not charge me for the tire repair. It is not the fact that they did not charge me. What impressed me is the staff had the best attitude about staying late for my tire probelm. I will be back and tell everyone of my experience. Thanks Griffin Brothers Staff! more
