Review content:
I have a 2002 Saturn with over 125000 miles on it. For the past 6 months or more, I have had problems with hesitation before the engine would turn over, and sluggish acceleration. I took the car to a local chain car repair shop. They diagnosed that the car needed a new Cam sensor. When I called to schedule the work to be done, a manager corrected the other employee who confirmed my car, in fact did not have a cam sensor. Needless to say, I did not have my work done there. I took the car to the Saturn dealership. They said it was trial and error when you couldn't consistently replicate the problem. They were 99.9% sure it was the fuel pump. Several hundred dollars later, it was not the fuel pump and the problem still existed. I went to a private mechanic outside of Charlotte who could not diagnose the problem. After hearing Griffin Brother's ad, I brought my car in. They diagnosed the problem exactly and fixed the problem. The car runs like new when I thought it was going to be time to retire it for a new car. I just wanted to thank Griffin Brothers for their knowledge, and experience, to diagnose and fix a problem that no one else could. I've now found my new local mechanic.
