Whenever someone goes wrong or I need service asap, The fine folks at Grieshbach Motors ALWAYS gets me in to fit my work schedule.

Worst

Called because the a/c went out on my vehicle and I travel a lot for work. Tristan and Patrick were great at getting me in to be seen on short notice, provide a loaner vehicle so...

Griesbach Auto Service was excellent. My most recent experience with them was really good. I needed something done right away, and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They were very good, and they kept in touch with me about the estimate and all the things that were wrong with the vehicle. It was really good! more

They do what they say they're going to do, and I've never had a problem. 4/20/2011

Everything I have ever had done by Griesbach has been great. He's a good guy to work with, and he's very friendly. His pricing is fair, he does what he says he's going to do, and if an emergency pops up there's no problem dropping in on him. I'm really happy going Griesbach Auto Service. They do really good work. They pretty much do what they say they will do, and I have not ever had a problem. more

First of all, Jon used to be my neighbor. We've been going to Griesbach Auto Service for almost 10 years now, and I won't go anywhere else. They have always been fair, honest, and they've never pressured me to do any unnecessary repairs. Jon's just an all-around good guy! more

Griesbach Auto Service is always honest. I've done business with them for over 20 something years. I have always felt like I was told ahead of time what was going on with my car. They treated me very fair, and generally the price was fair too. As a woman driving a car, I'm glad I have someone like Jon Griesbach around. Best place I've gone as far as getting good customer service. 10/15/2010

Jon, at Griesbach Auto Service quoted a price, and when I went in to pay the bill it was actually below what he quoted me. He is very friendly and very open as far as what he did and what he found. He has a good personality; he is not all serious. Griesbach Auto also offers financing which helps everybody out, especially when it is a 6 months finance plan like he offers. I have used them several times before. This time he changed the rotors, the brakes, and a couple of other things. It is the best place I've gone as far as getting customer service. more

The stories one hears of all the troubles people have had with having their vehicle serviced....thank God for Griesbach Auto. These folks are the most honest and trustworthy people for fixing ailing vehicles. Reminders always come to my attention when its time to bring my vehicle in for service. I love it. It is one less thing to worry about with good transportation all time. more

The best place for car repairs 7/1/2010

When I had trouble with my Fiestiva, John came to my rescue. It was just a minor problem and John could've taken advantage of it but fixed it and didn't charge me for his work. He is such a sweetie and so are the guys that now work for them. They like it when I bring them homemade pastries(though John doesn't eat them any more unless I make them with sweetner.) more

What I like best about Griesbach Auto is the fact that Jon can be trusted, absolutely. He won't try to force unnecessary work on you, and if there ever is a problem, he works at it until its right. more

Very satisfactory experience. 6/29/2010

I have used Griesbach Auto Service for 4 or 5 years, and they have always taken care of everything promptly. They are very friendly and good at explaining the problems the automotive is having. On the occasion where I have to leave my car and rent one, they were very helpful at getting that taken care of. I have had no problems. It would be nice if they had an old jalopy for customers to use while servicing the vehicle, however I know that it is not that feasible. Eileen VH more

I like all the promotions, emailed newsletters and service reminders. It would be nice if the key drop off box were bigger, the key fob for the Mazda doesn't fit. more

Griesbach Auto Service: the only place we take our cars. 6/21/2010

Griesbach Auto Service is very honest and competent. If there is a whole bunch of repairs and we can't afford them all, they prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. We can get loaners from them when necessary, and if we don't need it, they drive me home and pick me up. They are very flexible. If I need to get in, they always get me in right away. Griesbach Auto Service makes sure we are taken care of well. We have been using them for seven and a half years, since we moved to the area. They also usually have a lot of coupon specials if you watch. They send them by email or mail, depending on what the customer prefers. The specials usually happen each month. more
