I normally do all my own work but realized that the rear wheel bearings were more than I could handle. I had the parts and asked if they would put them in. Patrick said I have 3 options for you. My price for best parts and labor, my price for good parts and labor or heres what a can do to put your parts in. I was so happy about the last option bc I had bought the parts down in Appleton and did not want to run all the way down there to return them. Most shops wont give you that option. I was so happy they would do that for me. Thanks again guys!!! ill see you in a month for the shocks and struts. more

The people that work at the auto center are great. They have excellent customer serivice skills and always go the 100% to make sure their customer is satisfied. What I also liked is that they showed me exactly what was wrong with my vechicle, told me what needs to be done to make it safe again, and sit down and give me my pricing options. more

Great people BUT 8/19/2013

Called because the a/c went out on my vehicle and I travel a lot for work. Tristan and Patrick were great at getting me in to be seen on short notice, provide a loaner vehicle so I could do my job, and communicate with me on the progress. The a/c worked for about an hour after I left so I'm back to square one. Please call me in the morning so we can resolve this. Thanks. more

Friendly staff always willing to help 8/14/2013

Came in with a screw in my tire and brake analysis. Tire was sealed and honest answers regarding brakes were at half-life and no need to address at this time. Thanks! more
